The house can be rented for €50 per person per night,
with a minimum of €200 per night.

Also suitable for smaller groups and for random moments.

Bookings up to 6 weeks before arrival

Within 2 working days after booking:

A payment of 30% of the total amount must be on the account of Huyze Vinck.

Within 6 weeks before arrival:

The remaining 70% must be in Huyze Vinck's account.

Bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival

The total payment must be on the account of Huyze Vinck within 2 working days after booking.

Cancellation policy

Up to 30 days before arrival:

You pay a cancellation fee of 50 euros. The remainder will be refunded to your account within 2 working days after notification by e-mail.

Within 30 days of arrival:

You pay 50% of the total rent. The remainder will be refunded to your account within 2 working days after notification by e-mail.
